Plant Spirit Medicine Walks 2026
A return to wild kinship—guided by the subtle voices of the plants

A full-day invitation to step outside the rush of everyday life—and into the quiet, healing rhythm of the forest. Held in the lush foothills of the Cascade Range or the amazing forests and beaches of the Puget sound, these walks offer a sacred space to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen to the subtle voices of the land.

Guided with care and intention, these Plant Spirit Walks weave together the grounding stillness of forest bathing with the heart-centered practice of sitting with the plants. We enter into a ceremonial space where land becomes teacher, plants become allies, and our senses soften into a deeper way of seeing and being.

Herbal and mushroom-infused extracts will be shared to support presence, attunement, and a felt sense of connection to the green world around us.

✨ Deepen your relationship with the plants and the places they grow
✨ Learn the rhythms and ethics of wildcrafting in right relationship
✨ Sit in stillness, offer gratitude, and receive the subtle teachings of the land
✨ Take home a small harvest and a handcrafted herbal honey extract—an embodied remembrance of the day
🌿 This is a practice of remembering.
Of walking gently, listening deeply, and coming home to the wisdom that lives in the leaves, roots, and soil.
A ceremony of belonging—where your breath meets birdsong, and your heartbeat finds its rhythm in the forest floor.
