Brahmi/ Fennel – Possibly the most important nervine herb used in Ayurveda. Traditionally used for meditation. The best rejuvenating herb for Pitta Dosha.

Silk Tassel- A strong and reliable smooth-muscle relaxant, ideal for women who struggle with intense menstrual cramps. This is very strong medicine and should be used with respect. Start with 10-20 drops if more is needed after 45 minutes take 10-15 more drops. Contraindicated in pregnancy or children

St. Johns Wort- One of the best allies for the nervous system. Soothing and helps diminishes pain in the nerve tissue. Can help on see the light in dark situations which is how it can shine a light on depression

Sweet Root- Relieves indigestion, gas, and upset stomach. Topically can be used for athletes foot, ringworm along with other fungal skin infections

Sharptooth Angelica- Warming and drying to the chest helps prevent dampness brought on by lung infections. Use 20-60 drops in a glass of hot water to break up mucus and improve circulation in the lungs. Taken at the onset of a cold or flu can promote sweating to fight it off.

Tulsi (Holy Basil)- Helps with most common ailments, strengthens immunity, fights bacteria and viral infections, also for hair and skin disorders
Western Aralia- An excellent lung tonic, helpful for both acute and chronic lung conditions. The adaptogenic qualities make this a great ally for those who are exhausted and stressed, especially if the lungs are affected by being chronically stressed out.

Western Osha/Oshala -anti-viral, helps clear lungs of mucus and recover from colds, great for dry scratchy sore throats
Western Pasque Flower- Anti-anxiety, doom and gloom depression, a great tool to have in sacred ceremony to help calm someone down (1/2 oz available, super low dose medicine)

Wild Cherry Bark/Elecampane/Redroot blend- A tincture version of cough syrup. Take 30 drops in a small amount of hot water. Relieves cough, expels excess mucus, reduces inflammation, and stimulate the immune system
​
Valerian Sitka- A Strong Nervine, sleep aid, and carminative. From the Cascade Mountains, I personally find it much stronger than Valeriana officinalis (out of stock)
​
Yarrow- Being bitter/ pungent yarrow is cooling and drying. Being a stimulating and relaxing diaphoretic herb it is a powerful remedy for colds and flu where perspiration is obstructed. A great formula is Yarrow, Elderflower, and Peppermint, or Chamomile. Also being a bitter tonic it helps to stimulate digestive secretions and support the liver. These are some of the uses for the tincture but in general, yarrow is one of the most important remedies for any 1st aid kit. The vulnerary action helps wounds to heal more quickly. Add a few freshly chewed flowers or a few drops of tincture to acute to help stop the bleeding and speed up healing. In ayurvedic philosophy, yarrow is best for Pitta and Kapha Constitutions.

Yerba Mate- Rich in Anti-oxidants, nutrients, a stimulant (contains caffeine) boosts energy and mental focus
​
Yerba Santa- Warming and stimulating the respiratory system, reducing inflammation in the sinuses, throat, and lungs. Good in helping relieve chronic asthma, bronchitis, or seasonal allergies where there is a lot of mucus that is easily expectorated. On the emotional/spiritual side, Yerba Santa is excellent for grief, despair, and sadness. These qualities are held in the lungs and heart. Yerba Santa can help open up those regions giving us the courage to move past these obstacles.

Herbal Tinctures

Yellow Dock- A cooling, bitter root that works on the entire digestive system. Containing readily absorbable bio chelated iron is helpful for anemia, fatigue, PMS, and other hormonal imbalances. Helps with constipation and regulates bowel movements thanks to the taproot which is rich in anthraquinone, which is responsible for its laxative properties.
Yellow Pond Lilly- With an affinity for the pelvic region, good for cooling and toning the urinary tract, good for both male and female reproductive system

Medicinal Herbal Chocolates

Custom formulated chocolates infused with medicinal herbs and mushrooms. Are you one of the many people who can't stand the taste of certain herbs or mushrooms? Does drinking certain teas or taking certain tinctures make you gag?!!! Well, that is why I have been using Organic Raw Cacao and Organic dark chocolate as the carrier of herbs and mushrooms.
