Western Osha Honey Extract
This relative of the more familiar Rocky Mountain Osha is excellent for those dark, cold times of the year when you struggle to stay well. Often found high in the mountains, the aromatic Western Osha has an affinity for the lungs and is very supportive of respiratory health, and this extract is a must for any singer. This plant is often referred to as “bear medicine” since bears will often seek it out once they emerge from hibernation as a way to stimulate their appetite.
